Hyde Midtown Condominium

Attn mgmt: you have a very rude person who should not be working a front desk. I was waiting for a friend to come down and get me from the lobby and this woman wouldn’t let me use the restroom located just behind her. Then her colleague walked all the way across and let me in with no fuss and I said to her, you could have done that. Her reply was “but I didn’t”. Just an unpleasant human being.

As a resident of the Condominium I would like to extend my most sincere congratulations first to the cleaning and maintenance staff for the excellent work they do in the common areas of the building and secondly to attest to the excellent service provided by the Valet Parking attendants, cordial, kind people, respectful and above all honest, and I witnessed this honesty when a few days ago I dropped some money when I was receiving my truck and a few minutes later I received a call telling me that they had saved my money waiting for me to pick it up. It is always a pleasure to know that we have wonderful people who provide us with excellent service. Thank you
