Be warned: there is non-stop construction at all times of the day making it hard to work from home. The roads leading in are unfinished and dusty due to the construction as well. For renters, valet parking is mandatory as there are no designated parking spots available and wait times can sometimes be chaotic.

This is the worse place i have lived in ...
This is the worse place i have lived in Miami. The parking is a nightmare, construction and renovations all over the place. I don’t recommend to buy or rent any property here. I wish i had talk to more people before we rented an apartment here,we are counting the days to move out. Working from home is impossible with all the noise from construction e renovations.
