Please stop locking the public path early. When I say my dog is dehydrated can you pls allow me to pass on the path for an emergency! You tell me you don’t have the key meanwhile it’s a lock with a code. It’s just Rude. You can simply let me pass would take you 3 min total and yet you rather my dog suffer. This is when people get their head stuck in a box. Please use common sense and manners to help a neighbors dog when you’re locking the gate and it’s not even dark out. Really disappointed with how this building handled my request in an emergency.

I just callled to make an appointment to view a condo my father is interested in investing in and the lady asked what we needed? Asked for what condo? And when I told her 57 ocean she abruptly hung up the phone violently.
