The management team is disgusting. Still not returning my building deposit after calling and emailing over 20 times. These people are thieves. Be careful!! I moved out over 3 months ago and been asking for a return of a building deposit since before moving out. I have emailed countless time but would never get an email response unless I called them. And then I called they they say that there has been a progress but they lie, so I have to follow up again, and then more lie.
During my time here there was a construction happening all the time including a big renovation on line 15 ( unit 15 of every floor) everyone who live in unit 15 have to live without AC and with dust for 1 whole month.

There are roaches in the majority of the first floor units. The only parking is mandatory valet, most days you wait for your car for up to twenty minutes because there are only ever two guys running the valet (with over 400 residents, you can imagine how this spirals). Over half the building is only accessible with fobs, and their software doesn’t sync with the fobs they order, so you get locked out of the building often and have to call the front desk and patiently wait while they try to unlock your specific door from a panel of over 200 unlabeled doors. Would be a quirky but tolerable building for cheaper rent, but at Miami South Beach prices this place is horrendous.
The staff are very sweet though, and there’s a good sushi restaurant in the basement.
Still, do not live here.
