The staff at the Seacoast is great, however the place could use a little updating. Would be nice to have a kind of shop or convenience store in it for basics, or a small café.

Good place for the winter or the summer. Close nearby everything. Too bad the french restaurant moved away. Someone should open a convenience store in the space. Maintenance fees rose a bit these past few years but it's to maintain the building.
