Seacoast 5151 Condo

Good rooms and beach, when I went there was a fire in the laundry room but it was not serious, but the system to put out the fire got wet from the 6th floor to the lobby, they put machines in the room to remove the humidity that made a very loud noise. strong and unbearable, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Old, poorly maintained...nice location...but now they are starting to repair the pool!!! I rent in another..

Excellent

Excellent building in an unbeatable location in Miami. Collins 5151. Direct access to the beach with private lounge chairs and sunshade. Just 2 blocks away is a children's park. Even with squirrels.
There is no comparison in Miami of being able to be in your apartment and in just two minutes go down and be on the beach. It really is enjoying an excellent vacation.
Totally recommended.

The security guard that goes by the name shawn is very great and friendly and very attentive to the guests staying at the hotel. Very pleased with the service from him very helpful with everything and getting us in our rooms.
