SCAMMERS! I lived in this complex and what a bad experience! I moved out of there approximately 6 months ago and as of today I still haven't received my $500 deposit! They always say that the check is on the way and now they say that they changed management and that they ignore the problem! They play with people's time and money. Scammers… I WANT MY MONEY! Because if you don't pay the rent on the 4th day they give you a fine of more than $200... but to reimburse the tenants' money they act blind, deaf and dumb! I do not recommend this set at all, terrible assistance to the public!

Oh this place is horrible . My cousin went through the worst experience. She was approved then Kevin said they switch managements. Which was confusing if it’s approved before the management switched what was the issue ? Had her drive there twice for no results . Can’t refund because it’s new management. This place has the worst management good luck maybe if you’re Hispanic you have a better chance . They gave her the run around for 2 months

Kevin is a nightmare he scammed me for my application and admin fee. Totally ghosted me after he approved my application. Gave me the run around about the system being down for almost two months after completely ghosting me. Leaving me in complete distress and confusion. DO NOT RENT HERE! They scammers and liers! I am devastated about what they’ve done to me and my family.

It has potential but management is awful. They would change managers all the time, hard to get a hold of anybody. We were there upon one year of opening and our bathroom vent was leaking...never got fixed. Tenants were really loud and not hold accountable. Also, took proof of tenants smoking and leaving their buds in parking garage and balconies, nothing was done. Parking lot was a nightmare as well, as your badge would sometimes stop working. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. Its also hard to get in and out of with such a busy street of LeJeun.

if i were to give this place 0 stars i would and im not the type to write any type of reviews. so ive been living in this condo from when it was first built till now and i currently have a roach infestation in my apartment i have contacted management, and all that they say is they are going to send pest control when i go today downstairs to ask what we can do about this problem they tell me that there is no management till next week because they hired a new management company my apartment is roach infested i cant even cook or go to sleep at night because of this it has gotten to the point where i am going to have to take legal actions if this does not get resolved...

worst building ever !! Don’t ignore the reviews ,manager won’t even personally speak to me and wrote me the most unprofessional respond in all of my 13 years of renting an apartment.management gets a -0 ,they broke the scale on lack of professionalism.unbelievable this is an establishment.

Worst building in all south Florida and horrible management. Listen to other reviews ,every tenant complains. Pay for trash trash doesn’t get picked up and is inconsistent.Management is horrible,I emailed manager a formal letter ,no hi list email me as if I was one of his friend,lack of professionalism, always adding unnecessary charges and poop everywhere, horrible parking and building is filthy for a new building. I’ve been here for 2 and 1/2 year because I hate moving but wished I moved before my lease Because their lack of professionalism is actually cringing. Not worth the headache and for the price you are paying lack of amneties and looks like the hood .people’s tires being stolen.every bad review they’ve received they’ve earned
