0 stars. The worst condo experience my family and I have ever had. Despite being a nice and relatively new condo, the association and managers make it hell and unpleasant to live in your own home. From threats by the condominium for any slightest inconvenience to the horrible security control that unprofessional people hire, lack of respect for guests and no communication regarding anything. The only method of communication they use is a WhatsApp group in which they simply threaten the people in the condominium and do not give information about what is happening in the community. Franklin, who is the manager of said association, threatens to sue everyone for the slightest inconvenience that occurs. Many people as a result of this have also sued him for the very poor management and horrible handling of situations. If you are looking to move it is better to look elsewhere. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. Management is super rude and unprofessional. After you buy the car stickers, be prepared to pay for them again overnight for no reason at the end of the year or you won't be able to park. When there are visitors at the checkpoint, it is impossible to let them pass. One of the many times was when my uncle went to look for something at night and it was raining, he made it clear to the security that he was not going to park, he just wanted to get in so I could I gave him something and the man was super rude and told him no because it was late and cars couldn't pass, he had to walk in getting everything wet. They have a WhatsApp group in which every time an inconvenience happens, the administrator Franklin complains and has kicked people out of the condominium from one day to the next, giving them 14 days' notice for reasons such as having something on the balcony, but when a person comments for Complaining about security, a car being towed for no reason, some lack of respect or simply an error on the part of the administration will remove you from the group and delete your message. It seems that living in peace was not an option, but rather a corruption, so I have met people who live in the residence who have even filed lawsuits but everything remains the same. I still have a month left until my contract ends and I'm crazy to leave.

Beautiful urbanization. Its location and care is a dream.

The place is nice but too much bureaucracy to get in, plus all kind of things that you cannot do, it doesn't feels like a community
