I’m am extremely dissatisfied with living at Century Town Center. I’ve addressed several of my grievances, in person, and via email, and they have all been ignored. They just take your money and don’t care about anything else. Apartment still under construction and nothing works. We pay amenities fees but the pool doesn’t operate. Dogs do their business in the hallways. Packages get stolen, there is no security system, parking garage is open to anyone to park in. My do was attacked by another dog. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. This is FAR FROM luxury. This is just the surface of issues. This list goes on and on. Don’t waste your money! *update*
Three weeks later and still no one has reached out to me with a resolution. I’ve sent several emails and spoken to the mangers about terminating my lease and they have not gotten back to me. I don’t ever write google reviews but this place is awful.

I am amazed at the bad smell and dirt of urine, feces, and stains on the carpets and floor that are in the hallways of these buildings, especially the 7th floor. This is unbearable. The bad smell can't be tolerated. They only know how to charge and they don't take a hard line on tenants who have uncontrolled pets and don't routinely clean the hallways.

However, to this day it remains closed, and the worst thing is that they continue to charge full rent as if all services were working. Additionally, the hallways and elevator are constantly dirty, with pet urine and feces, making the environment unpleasant and unhealthy. The management is a disaster: they don't fix anything, they ignore residents' complaints, and their customer service is just terrible. It is unacceptable that they charge for services that they do not provide and that they maintain the facilities in these conditions.

Although I feel very dissatisfied for many reasons with how they are managing the building and ruining a very good project. I have to give this good 5* review for Alejandro who is the technician at CTC, despite everything he focuses on helping and solving the residents as soon as possible.
