I’ve been living here for a year, and the community is really safe and quiet. Personally, I haven’t had any issues at all. Vanesa Nieves from the property staff is awesome! She’s super friendly, always easy to talk to, and really goes the extra mile to help out. Whether it’s answering questions or helping with specific requests, she’s always there with a positive attitude. There have been times when I’ve had to travel, and Vanesa has been a huge help in making sure everything runs smoothly. This a great place to live

THE TRUTH! It’s sad that all of these reviews are forced by the property management when they are getting their new tenants the pretty much beg you to review. They use flat paint in the entire apartment-not luxury not worth over $2000. You touch the wall and it’s a mark. The finishes are cheap. No security. Not a safe community. I was robbed in broad daylight and also but by a dog. Poop everywhere.  They ARE NO AMENITIES! After you sign your lease these people don’t care. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO NOT LET VANESSA FAKE SMILE TRICK YOU.

I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent visit to the property for a family member's appointment. At first, I was a bit unsure due to the ongoing construction, but our visit quickly turned around. Although we were initially confused about the location of the leasing office, a friendly resident pointed us in the right direction. Once we arrived at the unit, we met Vanesa, who made the experience truly enjoyable. She was not only welcoming but also incredibly detailed in her presentation of the property. Vanesa even provided a quote, which was really helpful for my family to have on hand. Overall, we had a great experience, and I appreciate the effort she put into our tour!

I had a fantastic experience during my walk-in visit, despite not having an appointment. To my surprise, Vanessa was incredibly welcoming and eager to show me the available units. She was thorough in explaining the fees and the entire process, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she even offered us snacks and water, making the visit feel special. It's refreshing to encounter such a genuine person in a customer service role. Highly recommend!

You will pay over 100 is fees. $45 for a trash service, $6 for pest control, $20 package service that no one explains how it works and is not on site. $11 extra for a admin fee a month on top of the admin fee you pay to move in. A severe ant, nats and bug problem that the monthly pest control does not resolve. The property management will not work with you if you are having a hard time some please be on it because they don’t care about you only your money. This is not a luxury building, i has no amenities for 2400 for 1 bedroom off 8th street. I am writing this review because the existing reviews are misleading because the property management preys on your excitement and eagerness to move by insisting you leave a review of the apartment but how can you give an honest review when you have yet to experience it. Also no garbage disposal and extremely timely dishwasher . The dishwasher is as small as a wine cooler which is what I thought it was. You will be able to find a much nicer apartment for less and or the same with actual amenities.
