Let me start  off saying if you are picky about your vehicle this is not the place for you to move into your  car would get scratched up, secondly you are paying 2,800 and they expect you to pay another hundred for you to have your own parking space, also don’t expect to find any parking around 8 o’clock Everything gets overcrowded, had brand new furniture that I had to throw away when I moved because the building is roach infested,  there is nothing luxury about those apartments. you have residence that are low class that leave the clothes and towels on the railings outside thinking they are still in cuba you are  going to be in another Hialeah.

Since I start living here this is been nothing more than a disappointment, outside eve look gorgeous, but is a different story once you go inside the apartments, this is not diferente than that $1000 cheaper apartments you saw before coming here, maybe worse, unit restoration is a joke, bad quality, unfinished walls, bad paint, first week here a roach infestation that i have to deal myself, building management did nothing, i have to request 5 times maintenance only for the A/C unit, the best part, i been here only for 1 month. Guys, this is not LUXURY.

Once again, my good work from Mr. Orlando, everything was fine and in the end he left everything clean and organized. Thank you very much for the work
