I’ve lived here for 5 years now and have been waiting for the construction to end (which will be nice) but in that time they haven’t been that helpful with providing additional parking for residents. My unit has one spot but I asked for an one additional spot that I’m willing to pay for and they said there was nothing the can do, then I asked if there was a residential rate for overnight if I had to valet but it still comes out to $20 a night. If I don’t wan to pay I have to wait around an hour at a nearby lot and have to then pay for public parking per night. It’s just been super frustrating and it feels like they don’t care.
