The worst experience I could have was living in that building, and even more so with the new staff of employees who manage the administration of the Building, Manager Jacky, an incompetent woman with very little professional ethics, whose management as such leaves much to be desired, a person with strong racist characteristics and a lack of anger control who should not manage this type of properties since it takes people with more human values ​​that she, of course, does not have. Unfortunately, you cannot expect more from this type of person during the time he began his tenure as manager, 90% did not. He is on the property and is unaware of the needs of the residents, of course, in terms of cleanliness, security and other things that occur every day on that property. He leaves his assistant Yunesqui in charge of his responsibilities, who in his limited knowledge at least tries to help the residents. However, I can say that the staff that is in contact with the residents is more gentle, respectful and kind.  I can mention Dany, Silvana, Sergio, and Pedro and Mr. Edy who was unjustifiably removed from his position.

If I could give a ZERO star to this place I would!! Save your money time and energy from this building. They haven't fixed the pool in 5 years!! The management lie every few months saying the pool will be fixed. The elevators breakdown every other day, people always getting stuck! They shut off the water every week due to "plumbing" issues that never seem to end for the past 4 years!! There's roaches everywhere!!! But management is more concerned if you put a decoration outside of your door than actually focusing on everything else. They are more concerned if you have a plant on your balcony than fixing the pool!

This place is ghetto. They didn’t have a credit card machine (no cash only sign either) for valet and they held my car keys hostage over $8 because they could only use Zelle or CashApp. I had to call the cops.
