Alameda Tower IV Condominium

This community is the worse if you have kids this is definitely not a place for you. this is a 55& older community with that being said just know you will not have no privacy they’ll try to be on top of you for any little thing. You can’t leave a garbage bag outside for a second because they’ll try to fine you $500, your kids can’t scream nor run because again they’ll try to fine you $500, you can place your bike on your own balcony because if it visible to them $500 fine. The association guy from the building tower VI is the worse he hates animals so he’s definitely always cruel to any animal he sees if it’s a duck, the rosters, a bird, or cats he starts throwing rocks or gets longs sticks and runs after them to hurt them. People pay $850 in rent here that’s why I guess they up with it but it’s not worse my kids happiness having them home 24/7 for others pleasure. Also the area is super loud you will be able to hear everything from outside from the kids ride motorcycles, cars doing loud spins, & etc. Find better trust.

Here are the pros and cons. Pros-  Elevator. gated entrance and close to everything.
Cons- Noise at all hours of the day and night, smoking neighbors in the hallways and balconies, inconsiderate HOA.

Well located, same street as the entrance to the Pameto hospital, near the post office, restaurants like Polo Norte, El Rinconcito, close to Walmart, Sedanos Navarro, Aries, quick access to the Palmetto expressway. 4 schools in the area. Quite quiet and clean.
