Nice place to live.......

I would give it zero stars. This Condo Complex is the worst, from the parking to the cleanliness. The police spend all day there, the loud music doesn't stop, the children play in the parking lot, many walk around without shirts and smoke marijuana on every corner. If you are looking for tranquility, don't come here,

Very clean, quiet....nice neighborhood,  all shopping places near....

I've lived here for 8 years. I think that the part that faces 76th Street should have at least a fence of plants to have a little privacy on the terrace when one goes out to wash or sit. A few years ago there was a fence of plants and they cut it down, I thought they were going to replace it and that didn't happen.

Hi, I love Joselym, I live in Terrasas del Sol, the place is not bad, it's quiet, the only thing that's true is that it needs more cleaning and maintenance. The apartments don't look bad, but I think they don't care much. Yes, they care more and they will clean the outside more. They painted more differently recently but those painters are a scam, there are some people who didn't even paint. My way of thinking is that there is a lot of work to be done to make the buildings look forward and the parking spaces have to be cleared. My advice is to the association to work harder and Do something about it otherwise people will leave little by little. The buildings are not ugly or anything, you just have to work harder and worry a little more about everything and not abandon them, keep them in maintenance, doing that keeps people happy.

This condominium is awful. One of the reasons of the decadence of this place is that it became into a rental place. Few owners live there and I think it makes a difference. Some neighbors make an effort to keep it clean, but the majority does not care at all. Nobody respects the rules. The other reason, the main reason, is the mediocre and careless management. They say all the money goes to pay the water and there is nothing else they can do. And they do not do ANYTHING!
The place is extremely dirty. No landscape, no fence (they had the brilliant idea of destroying all the bushes) no good lighting, not enough parking for visitors, the entrance of the building is pathetic (broken parts, no paint, no flowers, no plants, no nothing)
They never decorate the entrance for Christmas for example, something that all the condominiums around do.
They painted the buildings by charging each apartment with an extra assessment of 1000 dollars,  but the results are mediocre.
It is the worst condominium if you compare with the ones around that look clean and decent.
This is frustrating.

This is by far the worst condominium to rent at . Place is dirty , the association try’s to milk you out of every single penny possible with random fees . And they like towing cars for fun

I live here, and my family and me have been experiencing really bad issues with parking. The place is dirty and the asociation does not do nothing about it.
