Alameda West

I recently finished a 15 month lease at this complex and would not recommend to anyone. 1. There was a SHOOTING at the pool on July 4th and management never told us about it. I found out because I was leaving the garage and drove into crime tape and had to flag down one of the many officers outside to figure out what was happening. There was never a notification or alert or anything sent out to the residents.
2.There is virtually no sound proofing between apartments or the outside. My neighbor for the first 5 months was an aspiring rapper that would practice at 4 am almost every day and I could regularly hear normal conversations and movement in my neighboring apartments. Everytime my upstairs neighbor wore heels or dragged a chair or dropped something, I could hear it as if it was in my apartment. Because this is on a busy street you can hear every rev of an engine or honk or any moderately loud noise from outside.
3. Management is virtually helpless, they are wonderful at tour and signing but after that were of no use. Any call I made regarding noise complaints or car parking in the walkway or anything else always went unanswered.
4. The garage door was broken on and off my entire lease and completely removed for the last 6 months. This was a major security concern of mine.
5. ROACHES, and whenever I called to exercise that pest fee I paid monthly no one would respond or come out.
Quite honestly any response on Alameda’s side to this post is too little too late, because each thing on this list was made known to management during my lease as it was happening and nothing was done on their end. It is disappointing to paid over 2k for an apartment and experience these issues.

He was always providing me with the best information, concern, and 100% professional service. My application process only took two days, I was very surprised. I was searching online for a place to move-in and I came across to Alameda West, so I send them an emailed and Ariella Aquino was very attentiveness to responding all my questions and invited me and my wife for an onsite Tour. Her professionalism and dedication makes you feel welcomed. If you ever want to visit the Leasing Office, ask for Ariella.

My husband and I received a tour from Ariella of the building that was out of this world! She knows what it means to pay attention to detail!

I am completely pleased with the service and help I have received from Ariella Aquino. I had several attempts to enter to live in the building but I couldn't do it due to personal issues, but she followed up personally and patiently with me, until things happened.
