I very rarely take the time to do these reviews but when I do it is because I really want to thank and let people know about someone who provides a service with quality and knowledge. Thank you Rodrigo M. for helping me with everything I was looking for in Miami for my soon move, people like you make things a little easier when you changing cities.

If I couldn't give any stars, I would. We were booked here through Airbnb. The Airbnb itself was great and our host Cedrine was really very accommodating and helpful. The hotel employees, on the other hand, are absolute idiots. If you have not booked in through the hotel, you are not allowed to have your luggage with you at the pool or leave it for temporary storage down in the hotel area at the entrance, even though there is a spacious luggage room here. We were followed every step of the way by an employee named Alfredo. He always had another problem. But he wasn't interested in the fact that we got stuck in the elevator for a while and that it might need to be repaired. Those would probably be things that you should take care of instead of German vacationers, stuffy and harmless as you know them from the picture book 😂, like following us just because we wanted to spend another 1.5 hours in the pool area after our checkout. Absolutely not recommended!!! We left €1000 here, although through Airbnb, but there should still be a different service here.

The 17th floor lounge, gym, pool, and deck area were so amazing!!! The rooms were comfortable and clean, overall the staff were friendly exceptionally helpful with recommendations & hotspots around the area. Oh and the coffee downstairs WOW 🤩!
