Parkview

I don't recommend. My former unit was not updated in many years. It was not  even painted prior to my moving in. But yet the rent was raised more than $300 from the former tenant by landlord David. Nowhere for guests to park. Very bad communication from my landlord as well. He definitely thought he was doing me a favor by having me as a tenant. Despite the absurd price increases and disheveled unit . This building is not worth it for the price point.
