Valerie was absolutely amazing throughout our whole process of getting our apartment! My fiancée and I ran into a little issue, and she did whatever she could to help, making sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. She went above and beyond, and the whole staff here is just the best! So happy to be living here!

I had a great experience at this place! The service was outstanding, and I especially want to highlight the professionalism and dedication of technician Raúl García. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. His expertise and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service!

I used to live at Solena Miramar, and I wish I didn’t have to leave, it was an amazing place to call home! The approval process and the community was friendly and perfectly located near I-75. The maintenance team, especially Raul Garcia, was outstanding. Raul always handled work orders quickly and professionally, going above and beyond every time.
I highly recommend Solena Miramar to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community.
