Guests are rudely forced to go around to pines Blvd to go in. Security will not budge and are rude

Great facility, wonderful community and really good entertainment

The worst community to access, the queues at the gate are torture, my parents live there and I am on the list and they do not allow access except through Pembroke Pines, the security guards are hostile and rude, it seems like the owners of the condominium, not even in an emergency do they let them pass and they are elderly people who live there and say that they do not care about this and when you go through the other gate they sometimes let you pass without asking for ID, they even threaten the owners not to let them in, it is the worst for access😡😤

Anybody can live here and anyone can enter.  I hope before I die, I can figure out how.  I personally know someone that purchased an Apt and they are not 55.  Also, my doorbell has rung 2 times, somebody came to my door, security let them in, and I didn’t know they were coming.  I appears Rules can be broken somehow.  The Rules don’t apply to everyone, there are exceptions.  Awful!

Security is racist, rude and incompetent. Give someone a badge and they go on a power trip

Don't believe anything the (owner) replys. The residents are supposed to call the front gate and give the visitors info to make things faster but they don't pick up the phone and if the lines at the entrance are long to make sure only the right people enter then why when I'm at a pool are the security guards coming up to me asking if I'm a resident and after I respond yes, they ask for i.d., sometimes taking pictures of it and then doing it again every few days. By the same 2 or 3 securities.
Here they make rules and change things without any proper warning. I'm supposed to just take the securities word on it. Since when does security have such power? They act like they are police officers when they so obviously are not. I've been carrying self defense weapons for the last year.
And too many other things happen here to keep writing about.
Buying a place here was huge mistake for us.

This place sucks!! The guards always make it so dam difficult to visit if you have family there. All incompetent! Malisimo!
