The worst experience of my life renting in Miami. The place is comfortable but the leaders and managers do not know how to treat the public, with an arrogant and unpleasant personality, lack of ethics and education.

Hello Alture...my lease ended in October and by this date I should have received a refund of my $3000 deposit. I only received a check for $1,896 with no relation. I would like to know why the discount of more than $1000 is due. I have lived as a rental for 4 years in Miami in two complexes and I never had problems with the refund of the deposit, in other communities the administration contacted me to inform me everything about the return prior to generating the check... they were even with me at the delivery of the property. Unfortunately, communication does not flow with you, you did not review the apartment with me and I do not have information on the breakdown of the check amount. I must communicate here because communication does not flow through email. I must say that while I was a resident communication flowed very well. But when processing the delivery and claiming the deposit there is no communication from the Alture staff.
