I’ve been here since 2019 and it has been peaceful.

Let me tell you something I have been here for years I have loved living here. The staff is the best Steph is the best. She has always communicated any concerns to all the residents.

The worst experience as a tenant, the worst manager,the manager Stefani nuñesz make me suffer for 5 month for her negligence of bad administration on a work order that take 3 month to fix the wall stiuckle outside allowing red ants invasion of my unit causing damage on the attic or ac duct on the attic every time I turn on the ac spider fly, I spend money in sprays,insect glue to catch spiders,I have to sleep with mask face and cover my head to avoid babies spider go inside my ears, I deal with a dust that arrrive from attic, the Florida city inspector came I give this property a violation notice and they don’t fix the situation!  Ambar key never make the effort to transfer me to another unit, this stress cause me to end in the er 2 time with high blood pressure, anxiety cause of my fobia for spiders now I’m sufferinf adrenal insufficiency crisis,I call Royal American to report this situation and they don’t answer, the regional barbara Trujillo answer my emails when she want it, they make me feel discriminated, a person like me with disability in my limitation of health I’m a legally blind person, Ambar key show not respect or compassion for my health situation, I have all evidence in fotos videos,by mutual agreement between manager and I decide to end my lease on March 2024, until today 4/11/24 I still waiting on my refund of deposit(1,556)legal  justice is coming, be careful is you rent and the unit is 341 me 1st st # 104,the manager do what ever she wants and treat her employees very bad.

Where do I start? Words cannot express how grateful I am for Natasha, Eli, and stefanie in the leasing office. Natasha is extremely thorough, professional, and kind hearted. I have had such an easy process getting my application done and moving into what I now call home for me and my children, Natasha, Eli, and stefanie has amazing communication. The maintenance men are professional and thorough as well. The community is clean and kept up well. I can’t wait to build many memories. With my children in our new home thank you ladies for all your help and support on guiding me and helping me get into my house.

Very good experience, they are very nice and always help you with what you need. I really like living there.

I love living in ambar key. Staff is very attentive & always available. Brenda specifically is phenomenal! Extremely helpful, always a call away, & constantly on top of fixing whatever problems we have. She’s really made living here a pleasure & we are grateful.

Been living here for the past 3 years. The office staff handles every situation in a timely and professional manner. Very helpful. The property is very well kept by its maintenance crew. Maintenance crew is quick to attend to any problems that you might have. I reported my a/c broken about 2 months ago and within 30-45 min they had my a/c working again. Overall it has been a great experience living here

This was my first time moving on my own with my daughter & I and I had the pleasure of doing the process with Brenda who made it super easy and fun. At first it was a bit rocky due to my neighbors and a situation they had going on but with myself and management helping this issue it was resolved and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is super nice, the management always comes through when needed and they keep the community nice and clean. I’ve enjoyed living here these past 8 months. I’m happy to call this my home 🏡
