Palm Breeze

During July 2021, an individual who didn't reside in our community, while under the influence of drugs, gained access to our community and subsequently crashed into our residence, causing significant damage to all our vehicles and crashing through our garage gate. The potential consequences of someone being inside the garage at that moment could have been fatal. This incident took place on a Wednesday morning, and we are parents to three young children. We promptly informed the property manager about the situation, completed all required paperwork, and provided the necessary information to address the gate repair. Regrettably, up to the present day, our request for gate repair remains unaddressed. Instead, the property management temporarily installed hurricane gutters, causing damage to our possessions. For two years, there have been ongoing discussions and evaluations involving various individuals, but no concrete action has been taken. We've made multiple visits to the office, interacted with different property managers due to their high turnover, but our efforts have yielded no results. It is incredibly frustrating and disheartening that after two years, we are still dealing with gutters instead of a proper gate. This situation has exposed us to torrential rain, resulting in the ruin of our shoes and other belongings, despite consistently paying our rent on time.

I have lived at Palm Breeze for 4 years, Alma the property manager is an asset to the property she's friendly,  fair and cares about all occupants. When I need something done or repaired her team is ready and willing to assist.

I appreciate the service that Alma and Maintenance crew for making sure our needs are met and resolving any issues that occurred. Great service !! Thank you all

This place has gotten worst every year. I have more than 5 years living here ant won’t be renewing. Management are disorganized to the point they will loose your payments. You would get to know this three months later when they finally open the portal to make online  payments and it won’t allow you to make a payment because god only knows what happened to one of the two M.O. that was given to them.  I have more than a month tryin got get this issue fix and  no solution yet. Edit : A couple of years later and this condominium is still garbage . The assistant Alma is very unprofessional and lies about the solutions . A year trying to get a dryer fixed and after a year they got someone to vacuum the tube ( when they lied and said the appointment was to replace ) . STAY FAR AWAY .Management won’t even show face

I applied for these homes & was denied Feb 2023, it is now July & have yet to receive my holding fee back!!! 1st I was told they sent it to the wrong address a different 1 than what I filled out, then a month later it was ohh they fixed it & sent out a new 1, a month after that it was oh no it wasn't sent out, there's a list of alot of people waiting for there money back & they will send an email to accounting to see what's the hold up!! 2 months after all that & I'm still calling & getting the run around without anyone picking up the phone service nor returning the calls!! At this point I'm ready to look into legal services because I want my money! 🤬

I love to live here. Alma the Assistant manager is always in the best mood to assist with everything she is really awesome. The service when something gets broken is fast William and Hector are always serving with patience and quality they are really nice

I applied for this community, I paid the $200 holding fee for the unit. My application got denied & I was told I would get refunded the $200. It has been three month & still I haven’t gotten anything. They don’t respond to phone call or voicemails. Do not apply here. They are thieves. I will be going by the office soon & if I still don't get my money back I will be taking legal action.

The worst experience in every sense, my husband and I made an application and after a month they still did not have time to analyze said application, not to mention the other events presented during our visit to that place. Please don't waste people's time. Thank you.

I'm a home owner in Palm Breeze, the management are absolutely terrible. I have been waiting for 3 months for a tree to be removed from my yard, fallen from an empty neighbor's yard. Just a quick update.
Balm Breeze, has still not answered nor solve any problems. Both Palm Breeze and their outsourced management, they push responsibility back and forth, both agencies are terrible and have zero customer service ability. Absolutely nothing. Don't rent here.
Another update. 1st November.  Still waiting on management. Requested help in June.
