For me it is economical, the neighbors are calm and when something breaks, the maintenance guy helps you quickly with the problem.

I love this place, the apartments are very comfortable, the office staff is attentive, especially the maintenance staff, they are always aware when you request them.

Excellent experience, I have been living here for a few months and the truth is that they have been very good people and attentive to everything, although they gave me an apartment for the disabled. The truth is that it has been an excellent environment. The bad thing is the people with animals that urinate in the elevators and in the hallways. otherwise excellent set.

I start with the parking spaces, they gave only one label as suitable but there is no assigned parking, there is never any space to park, you call the office and they do not answer while sitting in front of the phone and they do not attend to you, not even out of politeness, the attention is terrible, the hallways, stairs and even the elevator is often dirty with dog urine

People are inconsiderate, they are feeding stray dogs and every time I want to go out in the morning there are huge dogs at the doors. I have 2 small babies and I am terrified of dogs. They have broken the main door to let the dogs into the building, there are so many cameras and the office does not bother to do anything, not even call animal services.

The attention of the manager's as well as her entire team of collaborators, including maintenance, are efficient.  We are very happy to live in Ambar Trail, it was worth the wait.

Review of Apartment Living Experience Since I moved into these apartments and have had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. On the positive side, the apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious. The layout is appealing, and I appreciate the modern amenities that come with the unit. Additionally, the maintenance team deserves a shoutout—they are responsive and professional, tackling any issues that arise with efficiency.
However, my enjoyment of this living situation has been significantly dampened by the noise levels stemming from the upstairs tenants. It appears there is a lack of consideration for shared living spaces, as I can hear everything—from their footsteps to what it sounds like something rolling or dropping all over the floor. Whether it's a construction issue with how these apartments are built or simply inconsiderate neighbors, the result is the same: an ongoing disruption that has even led to my kids voicing their frustration.
Despite my efforts to address the situation—speaking to the tenants directly and bringing my concerns to the property management—it seems that no effective solutions have been implemented. This ongoing issue has made living here overwhelmingly stressful and disruptive.
Moreover, the gates that close to the property are another source of irritation. The noise generated from tenants slamming them shut shows a blatant disregard for the peace of others living here. It’s disheartening that such a simple aspect of community living can be handled with such little respect.
Finally, I must mention the flooding on my balcony/porch during heavy rains. This has added yet another layer of frustration to my experience, as it results in unusable outdoor space and potential damage.
In conclusion, while the apartments are aesthetically pleasing and spacious—and the maintenance team is commendable—the issues with noise and lack of respect from certain tenants have overshadowed the positives. I truly hoped for a peaceful living environment, but as it stands, I feel like I have no sanctuary in my own home. Until management can address these issues effectively, I cannot recommend these apartments for anyone seeking a tranquil living experience.

This horrible place live they tow cars all day no parking and time to get deposit it takes 4 months also they don’t answer phones when you call corporate office still no help and maintenance comes in to apartment with out notice
