I went here this morning to check and see what availability they had for apartments to rent, sadly they are adding to a waiting list but I'm going to be hopeful that I will be blessed enough to get an apartment here. I had the opportunity to speak with Lorena who was so kind and helpful and answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I'm going to need when I'm contacted to fill out the application to be one step closer to having an amazing place to move to live in. ( I'm manifesting this for myself)
Lorena clarified some questions I had related to some reviews and made sure I understood.
My ride was supposed to be coming so I went out to wait and he never made it and another woman in the office came to see if she could help me and when I told her my ride was running late and she strongly suggested that I come back inside until he arrived.
Just going there and the kindness and happiness of the gal answering my questions and getting me on the waiting list plus giving me all the information I'm going to need when I fill out the application, makes me want to be there because I know this will be a positive change that I'm really excited to make 😊

The office managers of this complex is very rude and bias. They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT answer their office phone whatsoever no matter what the case may be. They never have the answers to any questions being asked by resident!!! I feel like they only attend to and make non African Americans the priority. Lack customer service entirely! They are so unprofessional, unorganized. The continuous towing of residents cars due to no parking is very inconvenient!! I think it’s very sad for a resident who works over night and gets off in the morning to no parking and is at the risk of being towed! They are non empathetic. It is not the residents fault that the management CANNOT hold up their end of their bargain! I’ve had a VERY IMPORTANT package (my grandmother’s ventilator) stuck in a package locker for 6 months and no one has reached out to try to fix it. They only prioritize charging tenants for  non necessities such as lawn chairs on a balcony. They care more about how appealing the apartment complex looks on the outside versus fixing what’s broke and going wrong on the inside!! In order for residents to access the gym located on the property with our key cards after 5pm (when the rental office is closed) is a $$$ fee which is ridiculous when applying to this complex they NEVER stated having to pay to access all amenities. This apartment complex is just a DO NOT RECOMMEND.

HORRIBLE , The parking at this spot is horrible and god forbid you find a little piece of parking they till tow your car although they don’t have enough parking a for the tenants as they stated. A car got towed with there stupid stickers and still towed them I asked them what they told them they said “illegal parking” Please don’t ask for anything to be fixed because NOTHING WILL BE FIXED. The front desk receptionist is something out of a horror scene and to give you a response is hell for them , they will give you attitude including the management even tho it’s something regarding the property. Be very wary with this company and people  because they try and set you up to pay more out of pocket like the parking. Trash is always overfilled and the room to throw it is disgusting. They tell you what kind of furniture you can put up and if you don’t. Imply to there rules guess what “FEE” . They visit almost every three weeks just to look into your apartment , they say it’s for exterminator that somehow works the same building . They even messed up when first signing up I requested a 3/2 they told me okay we would have a unit then it took three weeks for them to call us ask if we’re going to get a 2/2 we informed her it was a 3/2 and she said oh well apologies but they ran out two weeks ago . She pretty much gave it to other people she knew, when confronted stated she will put me in a 2/2 the. Upgrade when the new building comes but your already know that’s a lie . So be very careful make sure to update every 30mins if needed because they don’t care about the people and how we live just our money and the amount of fees they can collect. It’s disgusting only place that I’ve had that seem more like a prison then an actually living. May god bless anyone who’s applied or will be applying because they are SCAMS

many problems within the apartment even though they are fairly new , however maintenance staff are nice & really attentive unlike the office workers , to get in contact you have to go to the office itself to even speak to someone they never answer the phone at all i have called them in office before & watch them ignore which is completely unprofessional

My experience has been wonderful from the first day I came to apply, with the wonderful treatment I received from the assistant Camila and the unique professionalism of the manager LISSET who were always present with a quick response to any delay or setback. In addition to the maintenance staff who, whenever we need them, are always solving the problem that arises in the apartment, especially YARIEL, who has extraordinary patience and has magical hands to solve any problem, no matter how difficult it may be. Congratulations on this well-chosen staff.
