La Joya Apartments

They need a good management. You can have problems on your apartments for month they wil not fix it. They don’t care if you have a child, and do not go to the office they just turn around with nothing of empathy. Inspection came and they like a circus show preparing some apartments 100%  and do not show the problems. I have family living for long on bad condition because they just don’t care. Pictures, videos etc available if someone needed.

I was on live on tiktok this morning and your employee charlene webb thought it appropriate to to bully me saying  "are you trying to look like this" and "you make yourself up to look cheap" I have over 300.000 followers on this app and having a very jealous, spiteful member of staff that discrimates people purely on their aesthetic. I don't this this bodes  well for your business. I've screenshots of these comments and I'd very much like to talk to her supervisor

The manager Yadira, a super disrespectful person, called my phone with a derogatory attitude and in short, she will not renew my contract simply because she does not understand dialogue. I do not recommend it and I do not recommend the current office staff.

This place is a joke and its honesty funny this place is nothing personal against anybody specifically, they just here to scam everybody
you WILL get scammed here lol
also move in if you don't want to park your car bc they don't even give one space per apartment and tell you to park on the curb just for them to tow you
they won't add new spaces but happy to tow you and your neighbors to open up a few spots at 4am for it to get overflown with cars the next day by 9 pm
but the facade of a nice beautiful apartment is cool ig
