AMLI Doral

I have been a resident for two years and more. . .  I never ask them to come fix something in my apartment. But today I had to call to have them come and unclog my bathtub, and the person who works in administration reluctantly answers. The old AMLI administration always responded with kindness and happiness, which even made you want to continue talking to them. Contrary to what happened to me now.

Love the medderteranian style and the apartments are beautiful. The maintenance guys are the best. Since the new managment company has taken over, this place had some issues at first, but I'm glad to say after about 4 months, they have done a great job at addressing those issues and making our community better. I also noticed we now have a security officer at night driving around. That alone is worth 5 stars.

I apply to rent apartment for $2700 a month ,I am independent own a business for 23 years they ask me a proof of $97200.00 in my personal accounts I was $10.000.00 less my credit almost 800 points also I need to proof of married and more I prove all they asked me, and finally they decline my application, good luck

I’ve been living here for about three years under the Amli management and loved it. BUT now the new PANCO management has taken over and their communication, lack of response and new additional fees/charges are ridiculous. Every rent charge is more and more money. The response for an email take over 7-10 days and this is regarding to the new leasing contract and when they do reply they expect you to complete the task EOD when they sent it at 3p! There is no respect for the tenants here especially the ones who have been consistent in their payments! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the kept the same Maintenace guys who are great and keep the property clean (except the people who can’t clean up their dogs crap).

We have been living with my family for two months and since we moved we have received all the collaboration of all the staff from the administrative part and the maintenance men (Domingo, William, Carlos and the other man whose name I don't remember. Thank you
