This place towed my car at 10 pm on a Fr ...
This place towed my car at 10 pm on a Friday night from a visitors parking spot. I have family that lives here. Let it be known it's big business for them. They had 3 or 4 tow trucks rush in and pulled out 5 or 6 cars in rapid succession. ALL from visitors parking spots. Racing out with no regards to the vehicles' safety.
My car hadn't even been mounted yet and they rushed to do so in order to charge me.
In regards to the reply; I have not been spoken to about this incident with the office and my car was pulled from a visitors spot. I was a visitor, visiting a resident. A guest of a resident. The visitors parking policy here is ruthless and they should place towing warnings on the parking spots; not just the exit.
I've had family towed from this community; being registered and having a sticker. They were still made to pay.
Absolutely ridiculous.

We apologize for the confusion. If the resident would like to come speak to us, we are more than happy to do so. It is the responsibility of every resident to register their guests vehicle in accordance with the lease agreement and parking policies set for the community. We do not provide warnings as this information is communicated to everyone on move in as well as through various reminders throughout the year. Thank you so much
