All the maintenance staff is amazing. They respond immediately to emergencies, are friendly, and courteous. Yohan, Daniel, and the rest of the many staff get 5 stars.

I had some issues with my lease renewal, but the team at AMLI Joya was very helpful in resolving them. Maria, the community manager, went above and beyond—she understood the situation, reached out to corporate, and made sure everything was taken care of. She did more than you'd expect from someone working for a large corporation, and I really appreciate her effort. Thanks to her help, everything was sorted out smoothly. I love living here—the pool is a lot of fun, the billiards room is great, and the food trucks they've been scheduling are a highlight. I hope they keep that going!

I’ve lived at Amli Joya for 3 years and I always recommend it to whoever is looking for a beautiful, conveniently located, well managed complex. I’ve had a few maintenance issues and they are always immediately addressed. The entire maintenance staff is personable and friendly and happy to help. My washer broke down and was immediately addressed with thorough but efficient service from Daniel.

I can only say wonderful things about Amli Joya and their leasing team. All of the ladies in the office including Alyssa and Brenda to name a few. Our property manager Leslie is great. I have never had any issues in the few years I have lived there. They are always on top of things as is the facilities/custodial team. It's a great place to live.
