Great community apartments! Very calm, safe and family friendly. We have lived here for years with our two young children and have never had any issues. Downstairs apartments have patios which are a huge bonus! The association is great and very involved. The previous management was not great but ever since a new management company (Neighborhood Property Management) came in, they immediately began many upgrades for the building including re-doing all the roofing and painting.

Very nice neighborhood, very quiet, the board does a great job assessing any problems, they keep the place clean and doing a big repair to the roof as well as new painting, awesome place to raise a family.
