AMLI Midtown 29

Terrible Management ! I lived at AMLI 29 Midtown for two years, and my experience went from decent to absolutely terrible due to their unprofessional and money-hungry management.
1. Excessive & Unreasonable Fees – After being a loyal resident for two years, I was late on my rent by just one day, and they immediately charged me a $300 late fee—no grace period, no flexibility. Then, when I informed them I would not be renewing my lease 56 days before moving out instead of 60, they charged me a full month’s rent as a penalty. This is beyond unfair and shows their complete lack of care for long-term tenants.
2. Horrible Maintenance & Cleanliness – The building’s entrance constantly smells like dog urine, the elevators are filthy, and the hallways are never properly cleaned. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least a basic level of upkeep, but they fail miserably.
3. Noisy & Unpleasant Living Environment – If you value peace and quiet, this is NOT the place for you. The noise levels at night are unbearable, with loud parties and disturbances that management does nothing to address. If you need sleep, good luck.
4. Uncaring & Rude Management – The staff is extremely unhelpful and only cares about squeezing as much money as possible from residents. There is zero compassion, flexibility, or willingness to assist, no matter how long you’ve lived there or how responsible you’ve been.
Bottom line: If you’re considering living here, don’t. There are far better options in Midtown where you’ll be treated with respect and won’t have to deal with outrageous fees, filth, and noise. AMLI 29 Midtown only cares about profits, not residents. Avoid at all costs!

This review is long overdue! I had to find a reasonably priced, quality living arrangement in Miami unseen online. Yeah. F***ing nightmare, right? Not really! Alyssa was soooo helpful finding the place, getting my lease together, acknowledging my concerns, and also providing recommendations of places to visit/eat after I arrived. And since I’ve lived here she’s always been a warm, inviting person in the community. She’s great. Don’t sleep on her on Amli Midtown 29! (PS this is my second Amli community- I also lived with Amli in Chicago and I had nothing but positive experiences!)
Rent with Amli before you miss out on a great opportunity 💕💕💕

Best hidden gem in Miami. The location is perfect (Trader Joes, Target & the best selection of easy shopping & restaurants/ fitness centers within walking distance) ps. Natalie at the front desk is amazing! She’s professional & warm / makes you feel like family ❤️

Been living at AMLI 29 a little over 2 years and have to say best decision ever. The amenities are top notch, specially the gym that has all the equipment need it…and more. The pool is always a vibe and super relax and the neighbors are like a big family. Besides all of this that I mentioned before if I have to highlight something is the amazing team of humans that work for the building always making our life easier with anything and everything that you can imagine!! They really care about everyone who lives there and trying to organize monthly events or activities for us to meet( Special mention to Leo and Krizia for this!) and got us amazing deals with businesses around just because we live at AMLI. Couldn’t be more happy with the decision my partner and I did moving here

Moving in at Amli 29 has been seamless thanks to Kevin. He truly went above and beyond with the walkthrough and assisting in coordinating our move. On top of it, he was there to assist me with everything I needed throughout the day. Highly recommend and customer service was top notch. Thanks, Kevin and team!

My experience before moving in with the leasing agents was terrific. They were so helpful until the day that we moved into the apartment. On move-in day, I still had not received my lease from the leasing agents until one hour before my scheduled move-in. However, this was resolved quickly after we got to the leasing office. My main issue has been the conditions of my unit when I moved in. The apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned by either the previous unit owner, or the Property’s staff. The dishwasher, washing machine, toilet, shower, and sinks were covered with black mold. I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of my apartment. No concessions were provided after my communication with the office that the apartment was in poor condition upon moving in.

Professional yet personable personnel both in the office and concierge desk. Always some special offering for residents. Maintenance is quick and always very courteous. No complaints!
