AMLI Midtown 29

Updating my review after having lived at Midtown 29 for 3+ years.  I wish I could give more than five stars.  Definitely the best building I’ve ever lived in (and I have lived in many across the country). The building itself is beautiful and the amenities like the pool and gym are great.  But the best part is how well the apartment building is run.  Everything is kept in good and working condition. (Ive been in several buildings in Miami where the elevators are constantly down and other maintenance issues).
The community is great, the people who live here are nice and friendly.  The location is perfect and very walkable.  Close to midtown, wynwood, design district, and edgewater.
Saving the best for last, the staff and management helped to make this place feel like home.  Shoutout Leo!!! and the rest of the management and for always putting on fun events and going above and beyond.
Wouldn’t recommend any other place to live in Miami. ◡̈

This is the best apartment building I’ve ever lived in! From the gorgeous amenities to the staff, this place is a 10/10. M29 is also in a prime location with everything you need in walking distance. I hardly needed to use my car for daily errand runs. Also, If there was ever an issue with any of the unit appliances, there would be a handy man at our door within 24 hrs (sometimes in 15 min 😊). I can’t recommend Amli Midtown 29 enough!
Special shout out to the best building manager, Leo! This man always brought the best energy and was ready to help with what ever we needed. He also hosted the best community events for residents. Love you Leo!

It's conveniently located at the intersection of the city's trendiest and most convenient neighborhoods -- Wynwood, Midtown, & Edgewater.  The staff (everyone in the leasing office is great and maintenance is very responsive), amenities (pool deck has a sweeping view of the city), and monthly community events (movie night, neighborhood promos) are great.  I think it's safe to say you won't find a better combination at comparable properties. The only caveat is the adjacent soccer club which is often open until midnight during the week.  It includes a recreational field for many youth and adult leagues, and a small bar that caters to soccer fans.  Units that face south are exposed to the noise and light from the field, and the vehicles can cause a lot of challenges on the narrow driveway to the resident parking garage.

Me and my fiancé have been living here since September 2023, and our experience couldn’t be better. The building is charming, clean and well located. Staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful. Every time we have a maintenance issue, it takes no more than one day for someone to come and fix it.
No need to say but we love here !

Thank you to Kevin who was very resourceful in finding a solution to help my wife and I move into AMLI 29 earlier rather than later. We came into the leasing office after being disappointed at a few other buildings in the area and found AMLI 29 to be what we were missing. Kevin was very helpful and transparent during the whole process making it enjoyable and easy. The apartment is amazing with management to back up the luxury feel. Also, big thanks to Leo who also helped during the application and move-in process. I highly recommend AMLI 29 and be sure to ask for Kevin when you go to apply.
