I want to take the time out and say thank you to Ms.Shakena for taking her time and helping me with the application and showing me around the complex. Everything is updated and very clean. The people is very friendly.

Horrible! I know someone that lives there. Maintenance doesn’t repair stuff completely, they never come back. Elevator takes 10 minutes to come. Inside apartments and hallways look horrible.

I am really very happy to live in the AQua 2800 complex, its facilities and the staff who work there are very friendly, everything is in clean order as it should be, thank you for belonging to these residences

Aqua 2800 is a disgusting property. I lived here for 8 years and the office personnel/ management gets worse and worse honestly I feel they should've taken up law because they love to argue with the residents when they are wrong. Agua 2800 looks good on picture but once you move in, it is a totally different story. What you see is not what you get.
Every six months Aqua 2800 raises the rent on thier residents although a lease was signed for a specific amount for the renewal contract for the year.
At this time four of the residents has gotten together and contacted an attorney. One resident recently found out they have mold in their body and will be filing a class action suit against the property.
The property is filled of Mold from the hallways to inside the apartment's bathrooms.  If you have Asthma I feel sorry for you because it's real bad.
The property does not provide new appliances to the apartments unless you're new to the residence. All appliances are old and rusted.
The property is infested with roaches. They roaches are dead and just laying in the hallways and are inside the apartments. Atleast 20 dead roaches will greet you as you enter the building. The roaches will be on every floor as you exit the elevator You'll be embarrassed inviting anyone over to visit you.
The front gates are always broken
30 cars was stolen out of the parking lot in one night and the office said it wasn't there fault to call the police and file a report.
The two elevator's are Constantly Broken. The office will turn off their phones before calling a reputable company to come fix them, if you live on the eighth floor your definitely screwed.
The office is racist so if you're not Spanish this is definitely not the place for you.
The corporate office is no help.. If you want help call HELP ME HOWARD this building is a disgrace!!!!

1 start because I have to give a start to rate. These people are HORRIBLE at communicating and I have been getting the run around for almost 2 months about a move in date. Poor Jose at the front has to get the wrath of the people because management won’t come speak to you on their own. I have been patient with these people and have been chasing for information. Thank God I don’t give a notice to my landlord or I would have been shit out of luck. They told me the place will be ready to move in by 10/1-10/2 , I show up 10/1 and they tell me the person that was in the unit just left 3 days ago ??? Why wasn’t I told this when I asked a week ago and was told the units was ready?! I refuse to risk my living situation for bs. This is ridiculous. P.s they only want Hispanics

All the 5 stars reviews are from fake profiles with 1 review. Do not believe them. This complex is n.a.s.t.y.!! Stay away. I have seen the elevators swarming with roaches. There are random holes in the wall that have been there for months. It smells like mildew no matter how much you clean. If you need anything fixed, forget about it. The office literally does not care, it will take months for feedback. Finding parking is a hassle. It's not worth it, even for the inexpensive price. The maintenance guy is really nice though I must say.

I have lived here since 2021 now since fpi has taken over manament from cornerstone only Hispanics are moving in and getting best apartments and service what a shame gentrification all over again. Now there's a campaign to evict or make it hard for people of african descent to live here.

Living in Aqua2800 it has been a great experiance. Maintenece is quick and eficient , and the management team is frendly and helpful. Plus the location is perfect. Highly recomended!
