Since the change in management, things h ...
Since the change in management, things have changed dramatically! The manager always has her door open, and the new office staff have always been a pleasure. The maintenance crew have been here for a long time and they can get behind on the work orders but they’re always smiling and willing to do what they can when they can. I appreciate the changes they are making!

I have been here going 7 years and the have been through atleast 5 new Change of new staff and management. My rent has increased almost $800 in the last 2 yrs. Each year the quality of service gets worst...the garage which i pay for monthly was in darkness for almost 10 months. The so called private gate is always broken along with the lobby doors entering the building and it can become a eye sore. What management needs to do is to have a security guard manning the gates at all times so no more tailgating...the vents / ducks needs cleaning... so if you suffer from allergies forget it 🤧

Super nice community, the girls in the office are super professional and attentive, Yaima, the manager is super nice, as is her assistant, Indica, and the other girls, Gabriel and Cynthia. I am delighted to live here, and the apartments are super big and the rent is super good.
