I can only speak based upon my experience with my particular building and unit. My stay wasn’t pleasant. From the roach infestation ( neighbors next door experienced also) to the inadequate flooring from the unit above me. Having units owned by different companies meant my landlord could not resolve the issue of the poor installation and underlayment. Every movement, every step, shaking, vibrations I heard it all.
I was informed that the property manager has the right to approve or deny any flooring that is installed if it does not meet their standards. Based on numerous videos and documentation I provided unfortunately it was not adequate. It may have been overlooked during my stay but it will come up again in the future.
The gym is outdated and should update their equipment. Also I got money taken out of my deposit for general maintenance at my expense.

This place was filled with respectful neighbors and was quite peaceful. Now however it is a different story. The respectful neighbors have moved and been replaced with people who cause commotion, have conversations outside loudly that are filled with profanity.  You can even smell the weed almost on the daily basis. Cars approach with loud music at all hours of the night even on week days.

Quiet, safe and surrounded by nature. We love this place!
