I’m done. I feel defeated and lied to. Promised multiple times that things were going to get better. I even renewed my lease with an increase and nothing happened. False advertisement of the pool and gym that’s been closed for years. My property manager and owner have been amazing, but I’m confined to the inside of my condo. I can’t even just sit outside on the lanai without homeless people and drug addicts confronting me and asked my for money or where they can get drugs. Drug deals go on throughout the day right in front of your eyes and the condo association doesn’t want to anything about it. People here can’t even use the garbage compactor correctly and just pile their garbage in front of it. Others just choose to live in filth and it’s causing roaches to enter my place. I’ve had my place vandalized multiple times. Packages stolen regularly. People pounded on my windows at all hours of the night. My only safe haven I can come home to is a place I can’t even relax. I feel defeated. I made this place my home. I respected it and treated it as if I owned it, but the condo association doesn’t care. The bylaws that I followed when moving in means nothing to anyone else. My car when it was towed away because of the crane that was parked in my spot I still had to pay for. It’s tiring and I’m just done.

The only reason why I left a five star review is that I lived here back when I was I want to say about 12 or 13 so it’s been a few years. I’m 34 now so to see the reviews on here as two stars or lower it’s heartbreaking because this place used to be one of the best places to live back then so to see everyone having these complaints about Arbor keys is insane to me. Looks like they have new management, which doesn’t seem to be doing a good job from what I see.

My experience in this stinky place was horrible. The truth is, I lived through hell with my family and my daughter. First, they gave me an apartment infested with cockroaches. Before moving in, we told them everything that needed to be repaired. On the day of our move, they had not repaired it. nothing, my days were hell, my daughter was never able to go outside to play. The last few days it was horrible. They tried to get through the blinds in my daughter's room. I lived in horrible fear that something would happen to us. We put cameras throughout the entire apartment, the police have been there every day since the morning, the cockroaches were already on the walls in the bathroom. Ugh, I found cockroaches inside the refrigerator. The owner never wanted to fix anything, not even because I begged him because he had a small one at home. . This place is garbage, please don't move.

Do not move to Arbor keys the place is trash. Shootings and police every week. My kids never got a chance in 2 years to use the pool. Parking is a joke you only get 1 spot. Schools in the area are a  joke. Junkies roaming around the neighborhood at night. My car got broken into. Stay clear from this place is  the worst apartment I ever had!!!!!. Beware of contractors nails everywhere or you will be replacing tires like I have.

Parking is a scam in this place. You can’t have guest park here from 10pm-6am even though they charge the tenants for a parking pass. No one has answers!

Do not live here if you want to go through hell you can. The pool and gym has been close for 5 yrs now due to someone dying I. The pool and gym used for drugs transactions. They will tow your car even when it’s registered so they can make money. The safety here is horrible. They have homeless people breaking into homes that are vacant. There’s always garbage everywhere. Roaches come to say good morning to you on the stairs. Termites eating wood everywhere. People will hit your car and leave and of course the place just install security cameras in November 2023 after the crime started getting out of hand. Stay away from this property . It’s not worth utc

They will tow your car weekly without a reason or warning. The place is trash do not move here

This place is OK only if you have an owner who repairs and keep up with your place.  The pool and gym has never been open to the community.  Bull dogs are allowed to be walked unleashed. There are shooting happened here. More than one. Drug addict roam the neighborhood. Car break- in. They will tow your car even if you have paid to have it registered, maybe there were no where to park and you parked in a guess park $210. Your guess car may br towed if you forget to register  it. No parking warning. The place is trashed on a daily.  The kids push a shopping cart fill speed through the parking lot. Pray that your car don't get hit by it. The trash area is always over full. No park for the kids to play. But it's  in a great location.
