The association is exploitative, disorganized, and dishonest. Continually rising fees, expecting over $1000 a month in just assessments. They do not care about unit owners. They care less about renters. Do not move here if you expect to live somewhere decent. This is not that. If I could leave, I would. They have to be skimming off the top or something, because there is no way that anything they do adds up. They've never heard of competitive bids, there is not a single creative or educated mind in the bunch when it comes to anyone who deems themselves worthy for the board, and maintenance does next to nothing. It's a hell hole that I wish I didn't sink my money into.

Association is out of control,have to pay to park,paying someone 1250 dollars a week to mow the lawn,put a$25000 assessment reconstruction of building and roof, per unit maintenance keeps going up I wonder why,lawn maintenance is the biggest culprit it's rediculous

Imagine owning your own home and cannot have guests over! They implemented this new parking system which we NEVER had and it has been an INCONVENIENCE!!! I have been here for over 5 years hassle-free and now ? This has been nothing but a PAIN!!
