I moved in here in September 2023 under ...
I moved in here in September 2023 under Eden West Property Management. It was the best experience until Arcadia Property Management came about. I have put in multiple requests regarding mold in my apartment. I was told by the property manager that it was my fault that it was mold in the apartment when it’s clearly there issue. The maintenance guy came to the apartment checked my thermostat and said that there was no mold. They also sent someone out to check my apartment for mold and I was told there was no mold. My son has been sick with a cough that will not go away, I have developed rashes on my skin because of it. I work from home, which means I’m always in my apartment, I have yet to get my apartment treated for mold. I have been making complaints about mold in my apartment since Feb 4th with Arcadia. Your property manager should learn how to use customer service skills when dealing with customers. Your maintenance guy should also be trained and equipped more when coming to handle requests. I am not one to complain, but the way this situation was handled was poor. The fact that you have my child’s health at risk is a huge problem.

I have lived here since day one, my experience overall has been great , other than the pool closing at 10 .. Carlos (maintenance) has been amazing ! He has helped us with numerous work orders and is always there to offer us the profesional help we need.

The community is fantastic, led by an excellent team headed by Rebecca. They excel in every aspect, from guiding you through the tour, assisting with lease applications, to making your move-in experience seamless. Chris is exceptional and consistently pleasant, taking the time to listen patiently, even amidst a busy schedule. The amenities are top-notch, including a pool that rivals those in five-star resorts. The neighbors are great—quiet and respectful. The clubhouse is also impressive. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this place
