Tamarac Village

Beautiful apartment and additional spaces, very comfortable to share with family, pleasant and respectful staff.

We recently moved here from Canada and have lived at Tamarac Village for 14 months Patrick, Jared, Brianna and the rest of the staff are excellent!
Very responsive and attentive to any needs we have regarding our unit!
Maintenance and groundskeepers are great and the place stays beautiful !
We just signed for another 14 months!

Great leasing office staff!! They really went out of their way to help my husband and I make a smooth transition.  They were always available to answer any questions or concerns.  Maintenance is on point.  They come right away if you are having an issue with anything.  It's a beautifully well-maintained community.  The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because some residents tend to speed and not look both ways.  Also, not every resident with a dog is diligent enough to pick up and throw out doggie poop.

I would describe it as high end, beautiful & well maintained without the 'downtown' pricing. They really put am emphasis on the kitchen...its big. The pool & clubhouse have a resort-type feel. The staff is always inviting. This is a great community...especially if you want to be close to Ft. Lauderdale, but not "in it". 5 out of 5 all day.

Patrick Gray and the team at Tamarac Village are excellent community partners. For the past few years, they have sponsored a holiday toy drive with residents to provide toys to nearly 100 families each year. Now that's what I call community! It's a great place to live and helps support the local community.

I was expecting to find a nice place when I went there, but when I arrived it was far better than I could have imagined. First class facilities and very professional staff.  Top shelf all the way!

We’ve lived here for a little under two years now and have loved it. The property is always well maintained and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We most recently had a small AC issue, to which Mike came in and took his time to troubleshoot and fix within the day. He then also checked in and made sure everything was working as expected the following day. You always see Mike around the property making sure everything is as it should be.  Thank you again!
