Aria Boca Raton

Wow we just moved in and are really enjoying the community thus far. It’s super clean and well ran. Kenny has been very helpful throughout the whole process from us viewing it for the first time to signing the lease.

Recently rented an apartment here for my daughter for her senior year at FAU.  Working with Kenny has been amazing.  He is so helpful, professional and courteous.   He's very responsive and we had a minor maintenance issue that someone came the same day.

Great place to live! Kenny made the application and move in process very smooth and easy. Maintenance has been quick to attend to any issues. Beautiful newly renovated pool and friendly neighbors!

2 Year Resident | Initially the move in wasn't ideal as there were many transitions happening and not a lot to offer for a small space at a high rate. Fortunately Aria has completed most renovations for the space to be enjoyable now, such a difference to have the pool.
I probably would have switched apartments if it wasn't for the property manager Kenny to be honest. He is always there to listen and find solutions for all of the residents! His work ethic has been consistent after all of these years and truly makes me feel at ease living here now. The property managers make such a difference for how you feel where you live, can't thank Kenny enough for that! It's easy to see he goes above and beyond

Have officially been here for a month and we love this place! The area is well maintained and beautifully done. Kenny was very helpful and made the move in process easy. Everyone seems to enjoy being here and we love that it’s a pet friendly place!

Lived here for over a year and a half and have seen major improvements in the place. Pool is beautiful and maintenance is very quick. Kenny, Jason and the staff are very friendly. Can’t say enough good things about the place.

First I love the place and the location, pool are super beautiful .The people office  Jason and Kenny are super nice ,  amazing and friendly  , they taking care of the tenants perfectly, Servando and Yorgi the maintenance  guys are so nice and great   and taking  care of every issue so quick  always friendly .
