VERY LOUD CONSTRUCTION ALWAYS BEING DONE ...
VERY LOUD CONSTRUCTION ALWAYS BEING DONE. Banging on the roof and drilling outside on the concrete. Do not recommend moving in it is non stop everyday!!!!!!!!!! Also address is not updated yet to maps no delivery drivers can ever can find it .

When is the 2nd building opening that faces camino road? I have been calling and calling and nobody answers the phone. Its very difficult to reach someone to answer my questions. Do they have any veterans discount on the apartment lease?

We are currently leasing the north building and are not expecting to start leasing in the south building until March, depending on the apartment type you are looking for.

Just moved into this property and all I can say is wow! The amenities are 10/10 and overall the property is a 10/10. Melenie and Carla made the pre move in process super easy. This is be the best building in East Boca.

The girls in the managing office of the most wonderful girls they took care of me and my daughter in such a lovely manner. I’m so glad I decided to move this development. I hope to see all these girls here when I come back from New York in the next couple of weeks.

This apartment complex kept pushing back ...
This apartment complex kept pushing back the date of opening. The original date was mid November 2023. Then it was pushed back to December 4, 2023 and then December 18, then January 11,2024. After constantly pushing back my date, I had to find another place to live. What’s the most annoying part is they kept my holding fee even though it was their fault that I couldn’t move in.

I was highly impressed with the recently ...
I was highly impressed with the recently built Fitzgerald Camino Real residence, along with the wonderful staff. The building is top notch and offers best in class amenities. Even more impressive is the management team and staff. They have been responsive and attentive; and seem to truly care about the residents, which is hard to find in South Florida. Additionally, they know how to run a good process when it comes to prospective renters; and residents that have settled in and made Fitzgerald home.
