Moved here in February and been in love since. I love the staff and the maintenance crew. So far, its been the best experience I have had with rentals and the amenities are great.

Fire Alarms go off much too often in this complex. I’ve lived in luxury high rise and complexes for almost 15 years . Every single week since i’ve moved in the alarms go off it seems.  They just went off again at 5:30am this morning. I’ve noticed other residents mentioning the same and mgt responding saying it hasn’t happened in months which is false. The alarms went off a few days ago in the south building Last week again in the north building and then at 5:30am today. I also had a resident hit my vehicle in the parking garage last week. Resident did a hit and run. There was a camera directly in front of the vehicle. When reviewing footage the complex had the camera facing the wall/stairs so no footage was captured which is disheartening and makes no sense. I called for days to report the incident and tried to speak with a manager and no one responded showing lack of care and respect. Basic communication goes a long way. Others have mentioned how hard it is to get ahold of mgt by phone as well which i have to agree. Anytime i’ve tried to call ive never have gotten a call back,  tried only way to communicate with mgt is stopping by the office. If management was as diligent in responding to calls the way they do these reviews residents would be much happier.
Edit* since i’ve posted this fire alarms went off again at 7:20am again on 11/13. So that’s at 5:30am and 7:20am in the same morning. Great start to all our day again.

I have been living at The Fitzgerald for almost 6 months now and i love it here. The building and amenities are kept clean, beautiful landscaping. I love the location and how close it is to everything. The staff is amazing, especially Carla in the office. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Friendly and polite community. I am extremely happy with my decisions to move to here. My 12 year old son loves it also.

The Fitzgerald is by far my favorite and the best place I have ever lived and seen while being in Florida. The amenities are unmatched along with their amazing maintenance and office staff. They always keep the complex extremely clean and work as hard as possible to keep all of their residents happy. The location is also great and I am not bothered by the train at all considering I barely ever hear it. 10/10 recommend checking it out. I want to live here forever it was definitely an easy choice, couldn't say better things about it!

Then building is a great place! New, clean, and beautiful, there are a few problems I have tho in terms of amenities the building offers (which is why I’m taking a star off). First, the building has office spaces which is great and amazing, but what they don’t tell you when moving in is that it closes at like 11 which isn’t great because if you have a job (like I do) that requires you to work late nights it’s kinda dumb because after 11 security will come and kick you out, which doesn’t make sense because it’s an isolated work room, and noise cannot be heard from units. Secondly the pool closing at 9 has always been weird for me, I think 10 is a good time but 9 is too early, after sunset if you like to swim like I do you only get 1 hour, not to mention security starts kicking people out 20 min before 9. And there is no signs for the closing times for any of the amenities so I had to find out myself by being kicked out of the game room, office space, and the pool has a sign but nowhere else. Not to mention that security has kicked me out of the pool before for having drinks in styrofoam cups and don’t allow you to eat by the pool when I’ve seen people have dinners by the pool and bring all sorts of drinks in different containers to the pool. My last thing is maintenance, they do a great job but they do take a while, I’ve had a maintenance request for some painting on my wall that I have a stain on and it’s been almost a week and nobody has called or came to the unit to check up on it. Other than that great building and I will say the building is very very fast to respond to problems or complaints which is amazing so I assume that the building will respond and solve these issues very quickly, other than that I love living at the Fitzgerald and the leasing office staff is great!
