Rudest valet and front desk I’ve ever met. Would NOT recommend to r residents, delivery drivers beware they will make your life difficult, they are rude, snarky, and will speak badly about you like a bunch of childish teenagers. The Caribbean woman with the blonde and black braids with pink tinted glasses is condescending and does not belong in the hospitality field. The most inhospitable hospitality I’ve ever received.

I have 2 1/2 years living here, this building is something else, having to deal with rude people on a daily basis, having to deal with racism, having to deal with the elevator not working constantly. The board members are constantly going after management, when the board members are the ones who set the rules and regulations of the building management just has to enforce it. “Big difference.” Constantly having issues with the pool, which me myself, and I haven’t been due to the fact I don’t want to run into any racism, because I will speak my mind and depending how you treat me is how I will treat you “take that as you will” .The environment in this building is very uncomfortable to live in. I highly suggest if you have the opportunity to look elsewhere, I would do so. Myself I have never had any issues with the staff. They’ve been very friendly very kind and management has always been nice and quick to resolve any issue the resident might have and board members are a completely different story. I wish I can give it a negative star cause it’s not even worth A STAR!!!!!

Lived here a year.  Elevators are always down, pool closes before stated hours, unfriendly staff.

I live bicoastal and often come back to spend time with my fiancé and I must say these are the rudest people I have met at this establishment ! Loud neighbors and I often have issues with my instacart deliveries. Many of my orders get mis-handled or misplaced due to the staff at the front being completely rude to the person delivering my items!  I certainly will be telling my other colleagues to look elsewhere for residential accommodations.

Companies beware!!! Do not do any work for this condominium!!! Their management company does not pay the bills, and when you call them or email them, they ignore your calls or emails.
