The Board of Directors have worked very hard over the last 7 years to improve the condominium. We have invested in a new roof, modernized the elevators, repaired the stucco, replaced the windows and doors and are now completing the reconstruction of the parking lots to improve drainage, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, fencing and gates. In addition, our new onsite property manager Connie has been invaluable working to improve the building and managing the day to day ongoing operations of the Association. We look forward to the next 50 years in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, USA!

Five years ago I wrote a review, talking about the parking lot mostly. Well, currently the parking lot has been redone, and looks like it will be operational soon.  Looking forward! Now that there is manager in the office daily, it is easier to get things done in the condo. With a brand new elevator, and new landscape I am  excited to visit my condo. There is more work to be done for sure,  but there is a lot going on.

This building is amazing with all the renovations!!!! Quiet and safe neighborhood. The best location close to the beach, the school, the supermarkets, the government center, the transportation, the parks!!!!
