Nice building but the walls and floors are not with sound proof therefore you will hear everything. If the neighbor next door coughs at 3 am you will hear it. If the neighbor above walk with heels or put loud music you will hear everything.
Also there is a plumbing problem in the building..
No sevices in the building at all!
They continously change security who are also responsable for checking in all the daily packages Instead of having a receiving person like any other building etc etc etc!
