Still sorry to see you go.  Yes the entire building is treated once a month, however, your apartment is being treated weekly.  I visited the building on Friday, 9/7, and did not witness any roaches on doors or stairwells.  We continue to clean the trash room daily, Monday through Friday.  I understand you had a bad experience and I am truly sorry for that.  If you care to vacate your apartment at anytime, I will terminate your lease agreement and refund any security deposit you are entitled to.  Thank you,  John

Dear Jean-ice Productions, We are sorry you have not had a 5-star experience. Our goal is that all prospects and residents have a great 5-star experience.  We would like the opportunity to address all of your concerns or resolve any issues. Please contact the office at (305) 944-7388 at your earliest convenience and we will set a time for you to come in to discuss how we can improve.  Thankfully, we got new washers and dryers last year in 2016. Our elevator is currently working and whenever there is an issue we call and get fixed immediately.  Please note that we currently have a year contract with an exterminator who comes monthly to exterminate the interior of every unit in the entire building and common areas. In the event any of our residents need special treatments, we ask that our residents inform us of the additional attention needed so to accommodate accordingly. Nevertheless, it is the responsibility of resident to cooperate and have the apartment accessible for them to enter and execute.  Upon move out, we ask that you leave the place as close to the way you found it, which we ensure that upon move in the place is vacant and clean.  We do our best to make our apartments a lovely home for our residents and look forward to partnering with you to ensure your experience improves and that you always feel welcomed and at home!
