Dear Kaydee, Thank you for your review and feedback. We strive to grow and improve so to ensure that Ashley Place Apartments are the best in North Miami, FL. We are sorry you did not have a 5-star experience as that is our goal. We currently have a year contract with an exterminator who comes monthly to exterminate the interior of every unit in the entire building and common areas. In the event any of our residents need special treatments, we ask that our residents inform us of the additional attention needed so to accommodate accordingly. Nevertheless, it is the responsibility of resident to cooperate and follow any expert instruction provided by exterminator. When we receive work orders, they are processed and handled either the same day, max 2 days, unless it’s an emergency at which point gets immediate attention. Parking spots are given by apartment type; so if it is a 1 bedroom, it is 1 parking space. Unfortunately, given prior management, your specific 2 bedroom apartment’s parking spaces were taken and so we did what we could to provide you with at least one; which was fully disclosed at the time of lease and agreed to with no issues. Visitor parking is outside given that our garages are for residents only so to ensure everyone has at least one parking spot. We have controlled access entry to our community for which you need a key to enter and the doors auto close and lock after entering. For added security, we have functioning security cameras as our residents’ safety is very important to us. To that point, upon sharing that you felt unsecure, we made a major one-time exception just for you by allowing you to break lease and refunded your security deposit 100% even though this goes against our own lease. We did our best to resolve any issues that were brought to our attention and went above what by law we are required to do. We wish you all the best moving forward. Have a lovely day!
