I can’t take it anymore with this management it been 4 month I asked for my ac to fix or check every day a lie if my toddler become asthmatic is that because of this management he’s coughing all the time no air in the apartment   Every one have a problem now because of the Ac and stove not workings ,sink not working dishwasher’s not working why do I pay this appartement I wrote this because nobody seem care about Residancy even my car broken while they was cutting their tree’s they said not they business .

It has been 4 month since management been aware that the A/C unit is  not working. 6 submitted maintenance request. Multiple time going in the office complaining that it  is very very hot summer time. my baby asthmatic & can not tolerate the heat in the apartment unit. Nobody in the office has a designated time of if or when the A/C will be fixed. At this point I have withhold my rent payment until the A/C is repaired. These ppl don’t care about your wellbeing just want your money. & to add insult to injury they just raised the rent & nothing being updated, fixed or maintained on their property. Save your time & money rent elsewhere.

I only stayed a year in this place, in the application process everything seemed great, but it's not like that, they are always changing administration, it's been three months since I moved and I still haven't received my deposit. every time I call it's a new story and they don't finish sending me my money, be very careful with these people, they put a different date than the one I moved in to charge me charges.

I’ve been here for a year . At first it was good because The price was cheap , they answered the phones and Showed good attitude. Then 2 months later we had a flood our tub and toilet kept leaking and when we called We couldn’t get ANYBODY. we tried going through maintenance (they have 1 maintenance guy )he took so long and when I see him riding on the car he would always say he left something and never come back. After 4 months they fixed it . Now I have mold in my house and my daughter got mold infection and just got out of surgery 2days ago . We had to get served 5 eviction notices due to lavon Mendez not wanting to do her job as a manager and wanted to be very nasty. The next day she left and we got a new manger . They always switching managers , now We have another one . They are not helpful , always lying , would say there gonna do something then don’t . Do not read emails or answer phones .  ONLY GOOD THING IS THE PRICE, PARKING, and it’s a convent to my job location. When u move in they just paint over all the mold and dirt and just move you right in.

Good housing complex

I moved in a few days ago and the truth is, I am very grateful to the management in general, everyone was very attentive throughout the process, mainly Ruth did an incredible job to get my apartment, they have responded to everything I have requested and quickly, in general the Maintenance is not good at all, The neighbors are very messy and throw a lot of garbage, the maintenance is poor and the garbage cans are always overflowing to the point that you have to put it on the ground, that is something that I dislike a lot because all the garbage is watered in sight and makes that there is a lot of bad smell,the apartment is very comfortable and beautiful, it is very quiet and there are no problems with parking. I am happy so far that God has provided me with this place, for me it is great because I am close to everything.
