I can’t take it anymore with this management it been 4 month I asked for my ac to fix or check every day a lie if my toddler become asthmatic is that because of this management he’s coughing all the time no air in the apartment   Every one have a problem now because of the Ac and stove not workings ,sink not working dishwasher’s not working why do I pay this appartement I wrote this because nobody seem care about Residancy even my car broken while they was cutting their tree’s they said not they business .

It has been 4 month since management been aware that the A/C unit is  not working. 6 submitted maintenance request. Multiple time going in the office complaining that it  is very very hot summer time. my baby asthmatic & can not tolerate the heat in the apartment unit. Nobody in the office has a designated time of if or when the A/C will be fixed. At this point I have withhold my rent payment until the A/C is repaired. These ppl don’t care about your wellbeing just want your money. & to add insult to injury they just raised the rent & nothing being updated, fixed or maintained on their property. Save your time & money rent elsewhere.
