Mirage at Sailboat Cove

Ive been living here for 2 years & Carla has been nothing but nice & understanding to me & my family. The 4 bed and 2 1/2 bath are beautiful and spacious. You wont regret living here!

I use to be a tenant at Mirage at Sail Boat Cove when they first built them on the other side the townhouses are so beautiful. The Manager at Sail boat Cove since the first day I meet her greeted me and my children with so much love and respect. She is a beautiful person inside and out I seen people try to tear those beautiful town houses down and she fought with dignity to keep it safe, and clean, and worth your money. It’s not her it’s the people I seen it with my own eyes I stand 10 toes down on every word that is spoken out of my mouth may GOD keep Mrs. Carla and her wonderful staff covered with GOD and she keep the grace of GOD with her! Oh yea and she is very professional!

I’ve been living here since Dec. 2022. And it was good for a few months. And then I really started to see it for what it really was, A SCAM, THE GHETTO, THE HOOD, THE TRENCHES! Yes the houses are nice, yes the rooms are spacious. But their are teens and adults stealing your packages, and sneaking into your backyard and stealing even with the gate. Not to mention the deaths that have been happening. The gang violence, i witnessed someone get jumped for no reason. My bike was stolen TWICE. If i could go back I wouldnt even have moved here. I dont encourage you to move here, esspecially if you have kids. Dont be fooled by the 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom. The room arent even that big anyway. Dont move here, appearances can be deceiving.
