Atlantico at Aquabella

Hello, my name is Maurice and I rented a unit in Atlantico recently, my experience was great from the beginning to the end. I totally recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a well kept, nice place to live. Management is super knowledgeable and helpful! Specially Thalia, Yaimara and the maintenance team, they are the best.

Although this is a nice looking community. It falls short on many different aspects, yes I agree the apartment units are beautiful, but I find this so called “Luxury Apartments” with several flaws. Hygiene and cleanliness are top items and since I’ve lived here there has never been 1. Hand Soaps in Male / Female restrooms by the Pool. 2. Hand Soaps in Male / Female Restrooms by the Gym 3. Hand Sanitizer in Gym or Cleaning Wipes for equipment. I believe it is a bad look to be charging such premium luxury prices and not provide some $5.00 Soap in the restrooms. Furthermore, the condo gates are always struggling to work and are unreliable from them being opened whenever and sometimes not even closing for days, this is not a very good security aspect. Atlantico at Aquabella is a wonderful place to live however they must make sure they correct these items swiftly. I hope that they work on these as daily walk thoughts should be part of the leasing office ensuring that their residents have an enjoyable experience especially in the community amenities. I must say this is not right and hope that is fixed as all other aspects of me being a resident here have been good.

The upstairs dog would pee and it would land on my balcony, the roof would leak water and no one would do anything, the management was unhelpful, when I moved out, they did everything they could to take my deposit money (for example, the bath tub was very dirty when I got there and I spent hours trying to whiten it, but no luck, it was stained black, when I moved out they said I would be charged for it). A lot of things wrong with this "luxury" community. Would not reccomend. I included a video of the dog pee dripping down from upstairs on to my balcony.
