Beautiful place!

I respect every opinion… We have lived here for almost 6 months. From the first day we had excellent attention from all the reception staff and the entire process was easy. Marcela helped us throughout the entire process, very kind and professional by the way. Since I saw this apartment I fell in love, everything is new, unused and modern. The community is very quiet and it is not too large a condominium for those looking for tranquility. There are some aspects in some rules that could be more flexible, but in general I think it is to maintain the conservation of the place. I hope to maintain the same opinion as long as I live in this condo. My recommendations for this beautiful place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Do not get yourself involved with these people. Absolutely not, we were lied to about the “promotion” they had for the apartment. The conversation with Marcela was that they give you 1 month free applied for the total of the 12 months lease (which breaks it up from the “$3,600” what the apartment is actually worth) and you only pay $2,750 for the 12 months for 3/2 but what they don’t tell you is that you actually have to give the first 2 months rent plus the down payment with the total we paid was $4,000 plus $500 of the pet fee and YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY the 2nd month rent on top of that. They give us the keys on the 25th of July and we thought the 1st month rent free is applied with the promotion but come to find out we had to pay the 1st and 2nd month rent, back to back and when we didn’t want to do it because they lied to us they didn’t want to give the deposit back which is absolutely ridiculous. They only give you 2 garage parking space and you have to pay extra for the 3rd car (if this applies to you). Also they apply so many rules absolutely stupid, for example you can only have 2 chairs and one small table out at the balcony + nothing outside the front door ( I got a warning letter because I had my 2 year old son bike which is small outside the balcony barely noticeable) and another terrible thing as well, I have been calling the front office for the past WEEKS to get the water pressure fixed in one of the bathroom because it is terrible and they don’t answer I have called the landlord and he told me that he will make that complaint on my behalf and NOTHING. At the end is not your time nor your money worth it.

Super nice, quiet and everyone very attentive to what we need in the condominium, their response to maintenance is effective. I recommend it 100 out of 100.
