I don't recommend this place. The Realtor couldn't even locate the unit to show us, very small patio or balcony, finally toured unit on 3rd level probably 30 plus steps. Not interested.

Property manager allows people in the community to feed and keep the stray cats running rampant around the community. One man in my building puts food out on his doorstep every morning so now the cats think this is their home, and they bring us dead rats, birds, and lizards all the time. They use the welcome mat as a litter box. And they especially love to climb up on top of your car at night and scratch your paint! When the property manager was notified (multiple times) she said “there is a cat committee. We don’t have a rat problem any more isn’t that good??” The swags drainage in the community is nonexistent. Parking lot floods after rain storms I would not want to see this place during a hurricane. And to make it all better they have the landscaping company come at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning. Great place!!
