Today maintenance or the manager came into my apartment today to replace a light that went out and also had time to steal Xanax from my apartment as well.

This had to be one of the absolute shadiest places I have seen. The management was unbelievably rude, and treated me like they had some sort of gold that I was trying to steal from them. The property is unkempt, with bums and all manner of needles littering the front area of the building, and all things considered, I would not feel safe walking my dog at night in the neighborhood.  And I have a military German Sheppard...if that doesn't speak for itself, then be my guest.  Make sure you're armed though... UPDATE:  Nearly a year TO THE DAY later, I was contacted by the Department of Fair Housing, who seem to have picked up on this travesty!  Now, the management I was complaining about in the above review has to tangle with a Federal Agent looking into their methods, and they were talking about forcing mediation.  Well, if that ain't karmic retribution, I don't know what is!  I can't think of a more deserving bunch of heads to give an ache the size of a Federal Bureaucracy to.  Wear it well, Gordon Property Management!  Compliments of YOURS TRULY.  ENJOY!  It looks GREAT on you!  Say, does that thing hurt much?  The Fed would not have picked this egregiously uncivil management style up if it didn't have merit.  When the Feds go to battle, they rarely, if ever, lose.  Prepare for WAR!
Meanwhile, potential renters should avoid this hole at all costs....

*UPDATE* This place has been reduced from three stars to one star, for good reason.  The alley, itself, is horrendous.  There are needles and homeless drug addicts strewn EVERYWHERE - with people regularly shooting up outside the front door of the place.  And, although they advertise 'pets/dogs welcomed' - they do not.  They tried to evict me for having a service animal - a German Shepard - for protection from the people I mentioned above.  Even after I requested a reasonable accommodation, +Gordon Property Management discriminates and I have the lawsuits and settlement agreements to prove it.  DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS HELL HOLE.  If you don't get robbed, you'll get put over a barrel by management.  No joke.  Steer clear of this place and the surrounding neighborhood.  Otherwise, you will most certainly find yourself neck deep in it...
I could go on, but I won't due to the fact Google will censor the honest Truth if it's too rough.  Needless to say, it is in this case.  Get your helmet and body armor if you are planning on touring this place.  The units are small, the rents are very high, the neighborhood is dangerous, and the management is lousy.  I can't think of a single reason anyone (including me) would choose this place, other than they were not fully informed of the state of things before making the choice (like I did - renting site unseen.  NOT recommended, either...)
