Avalon Merrick Park

Avalon is a wonderful place to live! Everything is new and always clean, the property management/leasing staff team is the best I’ve experienced in my lifetime, the pool and gym are incredible, and the location is convenient! Only 2 blocks from Shops at Merrick Park and 1 block from Milams grocery store.

Gabriel has very good service, they gave me the information I needed, very friendly and polite, 5th Avenue Concierge are excellent

I recently moved into this fantastic new building, and I can't express how smooth and welcoming Mathew, Vennie, and the entire management team have made my experience. From the friendly concierge to the convenient location, it truly feels like home. The attention and care they provide make it clear that they treat residents like family. I'm grateful for the excellent service and the central, convenient lifestyle this building offers. 5 ++++ stars without a doubt! Again I love my guys Vennie and Mathew!!

Looking for a new apartment is never easy, however, upon walking into Avalon it made it so easy and seamless from the application to my move in. Thanks to Venny, Mike & Mathew for the consistent top notch service. I absolutely love the security as well as having a 24/7 concierge. Thank god for Avalon!
